You just found out you had cancer, what would you do?!

I would spend more time with my family. Knowing that cancer you cant really control. You can get the best doctors out there but it all depends from your body how it reacts. Its not easy. BUt try spending all your extra time with family Hope you get better.

I have had 2 close family members under age 40 find out they have cancer in the last 6 months. Learn about the type of cancer you have, educate yourself about your treatment options, recognize that cancer is very curable now and eat lots of healthy food!! You will not be as hungry or able to eat once the chemo starts, eat now and exercise while you still feel able. Gather a support system as well. Good luck to you!!

when i found out my cancer returned- honestly i took it fairly well. i always knew there was a chance of it returning. what did i do? besides finding out the proper course of treatment for me since my cancer is very rare- nothing. had a coffee with my dad in the coffee shop and called my family members to tell them and built my support team

When I found out I had cancer, I got really sad but never scared. Now I am cancer free. I breathe in fresh air, love everyone and I am grateful for all of the many medical people who became such an important part of my life.

Find out everything I can about the type I have so I can get the greatest chance of surviving.

go through the high points in my life so far and decide if i need any more experiences in life

Find a good doctor & then make a trip to Disneyland - - it's on my bucket list.
