I have a small bump on the top of my head and it hurts when I touch it, should I!


Question: I have a small bump on the top of my head and it hurts when I touch it, should I be worried?
I just noticed this little bump about the size of a pea and it hurts when i rub my finger over it. Im not sure what it could be and if I should be worried?

Ohhh get ready for a super mega pimple then if you dont touch it! It will be fine, DONT TOUCH IT!, it should be gone in 1 week IF YOU DONT TOUCH IT if you touch it, it will leave a scar and proly bleed
