How reasonable is Xanax dosed at LESS than .25 mg for severe sleep deprivation?!

Question:

How reasonable is Xanax dosed at LESS than .25 mg for severe sleep deprivation?

I am thinking about going on Xanax again for severe sleep deprivation ,

I will take LESS than even .25mg the LOWEST dose given I split this in two

Is this a reasonable dose. because I have been on it before and it works just not this low of a dose

But I think less than .25 mg (.12.5 mg) is more than reasonable and very safe
