I have this weird feeling on my finger whenever I touch it?
It's not like I hurt a muscle, or a cut. it just hurts when I even rub it, like something wrong with my cells? I just want to know if these are symptoms to something worse?

Have you gotten anything under the skin....like a splinter? Not necessarily wood, but something clear that is not easily seen? I have had that happen several times, from various sources, and it might take me a couple of days to figure out what it is.
