I have a very large bruise, about 5" across on my inner thigh close to my knee with a large hard bump in the center.The bump started 2 weeks ago, not painful and it was about the size of a half dollar with no bruise. Now it is about the size of a quarter, painful to the touch and there is a large bruise around it. I also am suddenly very fatigued. Any ideas?

Yes, get into your doc or urgent care and get a blood count. You could have developed an infection at the site of trauma. You could have a hematoma. You could have a bleeding problem. See the doc.
