Question:

Any help with lactose?

what do you need to do if you are lactose is there a pill or something i love ice cream in the summer so it is reallly hard to stay away from it

Answers:

If you are only lactose intolerant, lactaid drops will help
calm the cramps and gas

If you are milk allergic and get symptoms like wheezing, migriane or hives..... they wont
