Question: Rough black spots everywhere on my hands?
I have these tiny tiny rough black bumps (smaller then tiny pimples) that are in groups on the backside of my hands and knuckles and it hasn't gone away for 3 weeks, one on my knuckle kinda burns when I touch it (barely feel it). I tried putting hydrocortisone cream on them but they're still there

Sounds like "Planters Warts" to me. Itching gets worse? If you take a knife or straight razor, cut one edge and lift it, see if there is a couple sore-red "seed" looking things under & remove them. Easier but epensive is to put Compund W on them.
I have had these - can be painful until you get them out.
