Acne scars?!

Acne scars?

i have pink/red little dots on my cheeks from previous acne. i always thought they were acne scars until i did a little reading and turns out that they might be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) what should i do to get rid of this or at least make it disappear quickly?
