I have itching, slight burning, and a couple of bumps on my vagina and anus.?

I sometimes use toilet paper instead of sanitary pads during my periods, and I also use unsterile objects in my vagina when masturbating. Could this be the reason for the problem i'm having, or could it be an std?

The objects could be the reason but all you need to do is clean them with soap and water before hand. I am here to tell you that a d*ldo is certainly not sterile. Be careful with the types of objects you use. Nothing sharp or with rough edges, no food products.
On the topic of Std's -- it may be worth checking on if the symptoms you are describing are all present. It may be something simple that can be cleared up with medication. Don't ignore the problem, if tommorow you wake up and the symptoms are gone you may still have some sort of infection. I am not an expert on Std's but this sounds similar to a few different ones. Get checked out.
