it has been on my left wrist since friday and has spread a little. It's not itchy, sore, painful, bumpy, or even textured. It's just dots. at first they were a lite hue of pink now there more marron-purple. Is this something I should be concerned about? Is it just a heat rash? HELP I DONT WANT TO DIE!

my first question to you since they dont itch is have you recently been to the nail salon???? that is the number one sign of a bacterial iffection on your skin. i have a heat rash, i itches a little and i have red bumps that look like pimples, so thats not the same. and if these bumps are not going away, you deffinetly need to have it checked out!
