Good Day,
How long have you been taking the Prozac.. It does cause weight gain in some women. If you do not feel effected by the Prozac then you are not clinically depressed. It is an emotional feeling not physical and taking meds will not help your sadnessin fact with some that are not clinicly depressed this medication will elevate your depression and make you amplify your feelings. I am so sorry that you are so depressed..Doctors are to fast to write out that pill.. Try changing your diet as well as Lemon is a natural Dietary supplement..If you make fresh lemon aid and drink a cup a day with just a light spoon of sugar your body will react to it..As well as get off the meds. You are not one that should be taking this pill.. Some Doctors make me so angry.

What you just went threw is hard on us women emotionally and it is hard to get past a full hysterectomy. The emotions that a women has go on after this is a phenomenon and can not be cured. You are still a women you still can do allot of the things. This does not define you as a women..If you are up to it.. go on walks exercises it will release endorphins that your body needs to fight depression. So get off your computer and go go go.. ^^ whish I was with you so we could go on a walk.
All my best to you.
