Strange chronic headaches?!

Question:

Strange chronic headaches?

I get terrible headaches just about every day for months now. I feel it as soon as I open my eyes in the morning. Last night it got worse when I laid down to go to bed. I went for an MRI; it came back with abnormal white brain matter, but within "normal" limits according to my dr. My blood pressure has been great. I went to a neurologist who ruled out degenerative disease, and ordered bloodwork that he said will probably show nothing. He suggested anti-seizure medication, but encouraged me not to take it. I've been told to take Tylenol or Advil indefinitely until the headache arbitrarily cease. The dr. said caffeine may help; it does a little. I've experimented with coffee to see if it affects the headaches; it didn't. Nor does the amount of sleep I get. Any other ideas what causes this? No new life circumstances, either....

Sorry, I'm 40 years old. I'll try ACV, and make sure my water intake is where it needs to be. There was no evidence of tumor in the brain scan, but what worries me is that I get them upon waking, when I'm at a state of rest. Not at the gym, or in front of the computer. I've been to 2 eyes doctors as well (I'm nearsighted w/astigmatism, and my prescription is actually improving as I get older) to check my eye health...Thank you everyone, these are great suggestions! I think I got more help from you than from 2 physicians & 2 eye doctors combined.

Wow! My refresh rate is at the highest; I too have to dim my monitor. I try to address glare when I'm driving (it never bothered me until the last year or so). I try not to take any Tylenol or Advil often because I'll never be able to track the headaches. I'm not on any medications; I've been off The Pill for over a year and a half. You all get the thumbs up for best answers! Thank you! I'm printing all of this to refer to.

Answers:

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) It has been found that a person with a headache has slightly elevated urine alkalinity, so taking some ACV will assist in bringing the body's pH back into sync. You may add a few tablespoons of ACV to a glass of water to accomplish this. Use pH test strips to measure your urine's pH.

Add a few tablespoons of vinegar to a vaporizer or pan of boiling water and inhale the fumes for five minutes. Lie down for 15-20 minutes afterward and the headache should be gone. Repeat if necessary.
