i have been told of having stomach ulcer before, am i safe.are there any dangers?

You need to be evaluated and treated with medications for possible stomach ulcer and/or acute gastritis. Ulcers do predispose one to gastric cancer, as well as perforation of the stomach which can be deadly. Please see a doctor (gastroenterologist).
