We all get pimples - some due to hormonal issues (teens)

The best way is to keep hands away - and try a very hot compress - if you can gently apply pressure and it leaks fluid release it and clean it with an acne soap and apply peroxide.
Then acne cream -
You can stay on top of acne by drinking water
watching your diet and finding a good regime to use twice a day - a mask once a week and exfoliate twice a day.
