Question: Clear vomit that looks like coffee grains?
For the first time in my life, I throw up clear vomit with what looks like millions of coffee grains also another example is tobacco. I do not drink coffee or I am not a smoker of any kind.
I am drug free, have never even been on anything.
What could this be?

Go to the hospital urgently! You probably are bleeding in the stomach, you have an ulcer.
If it looks like coffee grains it means the blood has been digested, so that's how you know where it's from.
Hematemesis is the word.
I am not a doctor, but had this problem in my family.
Could be blood.
