What are the steps to using Proactiv?!

Hey! Glad you found Proactiv. I would, at first, use the products once daily so you get used to the routine. Start by using the cleanser all over your face. Don't push too hard, as the beads in it are designed to work with minimal effort from you. Use your hands as opposed to a face cloth. Rinse it off well and pat dry. (DON'T rub too much.) Then apply the toner with a cotton ball or something similar, again all over the face. The toner shouldn't turn your face red or make it burn since it is alcohol free. If it does, you may have pushed too hard with the cleanser. Don't worry, it will go away and you can alter it next time. The repair lotion would go all over the face once the toner had dried. (You don't need to wipe it off.)
You can use the moisturizer whenever you want, but I generally use it twice a day.
Once you've used the products once daily for maybe four days, you can increase to twice daily if you feel the need. I find once daily works for me, but everyone's skin is different.
