Question: My breast hurts and so does my back on the same side, could this be serious?
The pain goes and comes, like two days out of the week, its not a constant, daily pain. Hurt on the top part of my breast and then I feel the pain in the middle of my back on the same side. I have heard that breast cancer does not hurt. I have not had a mammogram for the past 5 years but now I am scared.

You really should get another mammogram. You are supposed to get them yearly. Yes, Breast Cancer does not hurt, but there could be a cyst that you are feeling. See your doctor before it's too late. My 40 year old cousin felt a lump in her breast and ignored it. She is now diagnosed at stage 4 Breast Cancer that has spread to her lungs. Very sad. Don't let it go any longer, it's not worth it.
