Question: I can't get rid of my acne on my face and back and I'd rather just die now it's getting so bad!?

I am 19 years old and a male. It's ALL over my face, back, and chest. I can't go to see a dermatologist because there isn't a single one open with in 100 miles on a weekend/weekday after 4:30pm. I work full time 8-4:30pm and missing work isn't an option because I am trying to save up for college, and if I miss a day I lose my attendance bonus of $100 for that week. I have tried aloe vera gel, pro active, benozyl peroxide (prescription cream), and all of them make it even worse. It's bad and starting to scar my boddy really bad, like I have huge black and purple spots from were the acne was before. I am so F*CKING tired of it because I have worked my @ss off for the past year to lose 30 lbs of fat and this is what I get! I NEVER got acne when I was fat, why the hell do I get it now!? I shower twice a day and use proactive so it's not my hygiene. HELP ME PLEASE!

and don't tell me to buy pills off the internet or i will report it as spam.

See your GP for topical or oral antibiotics. Avoid tetracycline and oxytetracyline as they are awkward to take and not very effective, minocycline or lymecycline are better.

I can relate to your acne problems. A few years ago, I had acne so bad that my dermatologist prescribed Accutane. Unfortunately I was one of those who had some bad side effects by using it. I would not recommend it to anyone.
