Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer?!

Question: Symptoms of Ovarian Cancer?
Okay. So I always had problem with constipation and abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with IBS. But recently, I've been having heavy periods (last two months and it was a week late a few months back) And I get nausea and dizziness. My stomach is always bloated, especially when i'm constipated. Lost of appetite and frequent lower back pain. And my weight keeps going up and down. People tell me that i'm skinner. Maybe its all the stress from college, but i'm worried. I don't have health insurance so I can't afford to go to a doctor.
