I was in Cali (I'm from AZ) this weekend and I laid on the grass- on my stomach and my back. Almost immediatly after I got up I noticed red splotches on my back with little boil looking bumps on the red splotchy mark. Then some popped up on my stomach too. Now it's getting bigger.. It looks like a rash- but I'm not allergic to grass! And it's so painful- on the outside and inside! It seems like my muscles are tight and sore around the marks and it's hard for me to laugh or cough or anythig like that. I'd appreciate any advice on what it is and what to use. I have no insurance so I can't go to the doctor...

Sounds like poison ivy that has spread.
Wash the area with warm water and an degreasing soap like dishsoap.
Wash the clothes and bedding that your skin may have touched as poison ivy can be active for hundreds of years!
Apply hydrocortisone (over the counter) to the area. Calamine might help.
Take advil for the pain.
