Currently, there is no generic Lipitor available in the US. The earliest expected date for a generic version to come to market November 2011. Although generic Lipitor is not available in the US yet, some reputable canadian pharmacies already carry it, http://www.pompharmacy.com/buy-lipitor-u…

It is exceedingly difficult to enumerate all the details included in the two links which I add below. Suffice it to say that the date is June 2011 but, the generic production is to be delayed in the USA until November 2011.
