I have all these red dots over my body and about 2 day some of them have pus in !

I have all these red dots over my body and about 2 day some of them have pus in them..anyone know what I have?

I woke up 2 days ago with all these red dots over my chest that kind of looked like pimples... Now I have them all over my back, scalp, face, and legs. I first thought chicken pox but I saw pictures of what chicken pox looks like and what I have isn't really like blisters.. Some of them have yellow pus in them... I'm not really sure what's wrong with me but can anyone help?

I don't know what you've got either, though my best guess would be some type of measles. Have you had all of your shots?

I do know, however, that if you're running a fever, you are contagious. Keep contact to other people to a minimum. 24 hours after fever breaks, you're fine to socialize again.
