Pain in abdomen any ideas?!

Pain in abdomen any ideas?

Pain in abdomen Right side inline with belly button.
Had these pains in April and was diagnosed with gallbladder stones - ha surgery to have gallbladder removed.
Now months later all of sudden have exactly the same pain.
Is it associated or could it be something different?
Can't be appendix as wrong side, can't be cycts of ovaries as too high, too low for liver (had liver pain 2 yrs ago).

Also feel like need to urinated more frequently, but no pain in back (kidneys)

It could be cystitis (an inflamed bladder) with infection as well & you can get that in any place in your bladder & there are some spots that you feel more pain! You should take a trip to the doctor just to see if you have a kidney infection because the infection can travel from the bladder up to the kidneys but you might not feel any pain in your back for awhile until the infection gets worse! It prob is something to do with your bladder if you need to urinate more! Ask the doctor to check your urine for infection! Hope this helps & you feel better soon x x x x x
