A dead has blood coming out of nose. What are possible causes of death?!

Can be anything, really. I'm assuming there's no other mark on the body visible by a casual inspection of the body but the blood coming out of the nose. I'd also like to note I'm not a forensic scientist or any other such specialist.

Here are a few alternatives, off the top of my head:
Blunt force trauma to the head
Gunshot wound up the nose or mouth
Drug overdose (such as cocaine)
Nasal cavity tumors that have spread
Leech infestation or other parasitic infestation that lead to death (epistaxis can lead to death on its own, after all)
Envenomation by some snakes
Heart failure
von Willebrand Disease
Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (some other internal formations would likely be the actual cause of death)
some other coagulopathy

could have respiratory problems- maybe blood is coming from the lungs...
