Bum shower question?!

Bum shower question?

Serious question.

Does anybody wipe their bum with soap in the shower?

Also how do you know if your bum doesnt smell all day?

I have recently recovered from obstipation (severe constipation) - i now have mental discomfort going to the toilet to have a poo.

Any help with the questions will be greatly appreciated, and also any tips with how you cope with going to the toilet to have a poo. I seem to have sorted out my diet and my fluid intake, i.e water.

I think i have been obsitpated for nearly my whole life ALBEIT IT SHORT after research - but I REALLY NOW WANT TO KNOW HOW DO YOU HAVE A CLEAN BUM?

having a shower is ok i use a flannel to wash my bum with soap on it or alternatively use baby wipes unscented these are just as good as soap and water also you can buy special wipes from chemists and supermarkets especially for your bum
