Stubborn cold sore!!!?

I've had a cold sore on my lip since Saturday morning and it's now Wednesday and it doesn't seem to be drying up. I am using cold sore cream (I can't spell it zovirax) Anyway, it says it'll take the cold sore away in 5 days but if it's not gone use for 10 days. I had a cold sores in January and that took 2 weeks to heal. Why are my cold sore so stubborn?

yeah, i was run down because of my menses but that has passed now but i didn't feel very well and then a cold sore came up!

I used to suffer really bad with cold sores and spent a fortune on Zovirax before finding my miracle cure!
Boots the Chemist do a little bottle of cold sore lotion (clear watery stuff) which has alcohol in it to dry up the cold sore. I usually start using it straight away and the cold sore is gone within 2 days. If there is a bit of broken skin on your lip it will sting a tiny bit but its well worth the sting when the cold sore disappears.
It only costs about £1.50 and i promise you it will work!
