Why have i been fainting?!

Question: Why have i been fainting?
I am 13, 5'7" and weigh 130 lbs. I am very active and don't eat to unhealthy.I normally eat breakfast and don't skip meals very often (only when fasting, and lately i haven't been able to do that without being super dizzy all day long and feeling like i am going to pass out.) I avoid drinking pop and don't have candy too often. I have always had a kinda high blood sugar but have never been over weight.
Lately i have been fainting in the mornings. Right before i faint i get super dizzy, my heart starts to race, and my head starts to pound! I don't know how long i am actually out but it can't be long. I have fainted 4 times in the last 3 weeks and it has only happened once before that about 4 months ago.
Around lunch i get really dizzy and tend to black out but i have never fainted. This happens at about 3 o'clock to.
Could this mean something like hypoglycemia or diabetes? (My grandpa has diabtetes type 2)

Answers:

This could be so many things. Be sure you are standing up slowly from a sitting or lying position and giving your body time to adjust to position changes. Fainting is usually a sign of low, not high blood sugar. Be sure you are getting at least 6-8 glasses of fluid per day. Besides dehydration, or low blood sugar from skipping meals, there are other, more dangerous possibilities as the cause of your fainting. Or it could be panic attacks. You have got to see a doctor about this.

See a doctor IMMEDIATELY. Based on the little information above, I'd suspect your heart, if anything.

Roofi man is coming for you.
