God created our body with a built-in mechanism to take care of itself, given that the proper tools are made available. We were supplied with every nutrient needed to prevent health problems - all we have to do is make sure that we replenish these nutrients on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, thanks to the commercial advertisements that bombard us on every side each day, and because of a greedy drug industry that manufactures chemicals that destroy the body, and because of a medical profession that isn't nearly as educated as it should be to treat health problems, and who is only qualified to diagnose health problems, people aren't replenishing the nutrients that the body needs every day to prevent health problems.

Modifying your lifestyle is as easy (or hard) as developing positive changes that will improve and maintain your health. One of the simplest and most effective is to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water per day and increase your salt intake to 1/8 tsp per 16 oz of water. Take a multivitamin and adequate amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C.



1. Well balanced diet.
2. Supplements if needed after consulting your PCP.
3. Regular exercise with active lifestyle.
4. Adequate sleep.
5. Go for outings many a times and enjoy pleasant time with family and/or friends.
5. Spend time alone, with friends, and/or with family. In short, try to do most of the things what you like most as often as possible! of course be cautious too!
