This is a totally serious question if someone knows they have AIDS and they have sex with you and could've

given it to you are they able to be charged with a crime. I live in Texas. Please help me, if you know this answer or anything that could help me please do. Serious answers only.

I am asking because I know someone who is in this situation and she says the guy knew that he was infected and had sex with her anyway, and, of course, she didn't find out that he MAY have AIDS until after the fact.

Yes it is a crime to knowingly put another person at risk by having sex without them being aware..You can seek info from Police as is an offence ♥
