Plastic-like substance forming on feet?!

I've noticed that sometimes after I get out of the shower there will be what looks like plastic stuck to the bottom of my feet. It's usually just a little area right on the ball of my foot, but tonight it was a large area spanning from halfway down my foot to my toes, and part of my heel. It doesn't hurt, it's just weird. Does anyone have any idea what this is?
