Tips for curing heat rash?!

Question: Tips for curing heat rash?
I work in a Maternity Unit and since starting there I have a constant heat rash from the heating. Mainly on my hands and arms. Problem is because of the babies they have to keep the unit really warm and although loads of people have asked will not turn the heating down even just a little bit.

I also have a uniform so cannot wear different clothing. I was wondering if anyone had any tips to cure heat rash or prevent it? If it gets any worse I will speak to my GP about it but I don't think it's that serious yet.

Cornstarch, the stuff from the grocery is about as good as you can get. Skip talcum powder as it is coarse compared to it. And there is a product called "Monkey Butt" (yes, I'm serious) that may suit you; and can be found probably anywhere you would find other powders, and also in places like TSC and Rural King, which are farm and home stores.

It's AMAZING I find this for you. http://yourselect.info/73163/constant-heat
