Question: I had all my pimples gone with only pimple marks left how i shaved due to my facial hair now i have pimples?
now i have lots of pimples will i have now beard growth

could be rasor, could be dull, could be irritated follicles and hairs from shaving in the wrong direction or with dull or dirty rasor. could be the soap or cream you use, maybe try a gel.
your razor could be spreading bacteria and be sure you are shaving in the correct direction.
