Tiny new bumps on the side of my thumb?
They weren't there earlier until we went swimming at my cousin's house, and when I got home I discovered them. They are very tiny, but they look and feel like the bumps on a toad's back. Very gross. They itch a little bit, but not badly, and if I squeeze them with my fingernails, a clear liquid oozes out. What are they?
