I have black dots on my face?!

I have black dots on my face?

i have black dots on my face....i dont know what they are....when i touch them they feel bumpy...but some are plain just black stained....i have 17 of them on my face....what would help get rid of them?
wich type of acid would make them less visible.....benzoyl paroxide....or sacilyc acid?
instead of getting pimples....i get more of these black dots....people say its blackheads......i think it is....or i dont know...they are really black...and they dont look preety....someone help me

been having dots for 3 years....some disappeared for some reason

go see a doctor mate. You may put something on that causes a reaction then you´ll have more stuff to worry about.
