What could cause a black out?!

Question: What could cause a black out?
I'm just wondering what cuased me to black out... I was just standing there doing the dishes and I started feeling weird but I just ignored it. And then it got hard to breath and I could barely here anything and then everything went black and I got a horrible headache. And during it a really bright light in the shape of just a circular ring appeared like right in the middle of my vision. Now I've had small blackouts before and those don't even compare to what just happened. I mean this one lasted at least 2 minutes and at most 5 minutes. Usually its for like 5 seconds...

I just need to know if this is bad. And what could cause that. Does anyone know?

I've had issues with fainting, and based on my experiences, here's a list of things I think it could be:

1) Migraine. But I don't think so since you didn't mention the headache lasting for very long...

2) Heart issues. It could be that you have an irregular heart rhythm or some other issue with your heart that caused you to pass out. This is what they thought was causing my own fainting at first, your doc might recommend an EKG.

3) Low blood pressure. It could just be low blood pressure, this was partially what was causing my fainting.

4) Anemia. This is what causes my fainting. Simple blood tests will tell you if you're anemic or not.

But really, you should see a doctor. They'll be able to tell you what's wrong (hopefully). Good luck!

maybe you have too many outlets being used at once?
