Which system in a human does Diabetes really affect?!

Question: Which system in a human does Diabetes really affect?
out of these; skeletal, divestive, muscular, lymphatic, endocrine, nervious, cardiovascular, circulatory, reproductive, urinary, and intergumentary which one does Diabetes affect the most?

Answers:

Endocrine system is what makes it possible for the pancreas to produce insulin, because insulin is a hormone. You get diabetes (type 1) when your body's endocrine system doesn't work properly, and the pancreas stops producing insulin. But the nervous system is also effected. When diabetics get hyperglycemia's (high blood sugars), it effects the nervous system, and also weakens the heart (cardiovascular system), and the circulatory system due to blood flow.
I take it that this question is for your homework. It's arguable on which diabetes effects the most, but I would go with the endocrine system for multiple reasons, but diabetic have to see endocrinologist and their disease is considered an endocrine disease.

I hope this helps!

About 60% to 70% of people with diabetes have mild to severe forms of nervous system damage.
