The obvious answer would be for you to go to the doctor and find out if anything else can be done to reduce your blood pressure. If you have a high stress job, like a service manager at the car dealership, you need to find work that is less stressful. You almost sound like a person who is looking for a cause to file for disability. Not. This is your problem and your life, solve the problem. Get a blood pressure measuring device at the drug store or the medical supply store. Keep a journal for at least two weeks. In the journal write down the day, date, hour and circumstances, take your blood pressure, and make a note about whether or not you feel stressed or have a headache. All of this is vital information your doctor can use to help you. Take your journal and blood pressure equipment with you every where you go while you are compiling the data. This is serious business, your life may very well depend on this data. If the headache is indeed caused by elevated blood pressure, you are in danger of dying of stroke or ruining your kidneys! Get going on helping yourself.

It's very unlikely that your headaches result from hypertension. Even very high BP usually produces no symptoms. However, whatever their cause, headaches can make it difficult to work, so you should see a doctor to find out what's causing them. And whether or not they come from high BP, if your blood pressure is high, you need to get that treated as well.
