Question: Pimple on my butt turned into a large purple lump?
i had a small pimple on my butt it got bigger the flesh under it got hard then when it went soft again the pimple went purple and turned into a lump does anyone know about this.

What you may have is a boil or carbuncle -- and it needs to be looked at -- by someone --
the "lump" under the skin is probably infection - and that needs to be opened and drained - or if it is not too large - you might just need antibiotic --

I just had a friend(man) that had one that caused sepsis (blood poisoning) - and the infection went to his "man parts" - he was in ICU for 6 days on IV antibiotics - and just got home last Thurs. --
