Bumps in gential area....?
This sounds nasty, but i really need to know what this could be... I noticed about 2 days ago that I had a small cut in my you know "area" and it also was very itchy and kinda painful... and there was one on the other side about the same place and it too itched... Today i noticed i have about 4 bite looking things that itch and then string badly.... They kinda look like little pimples with a little white head on them but they are not pimples..... Please give me some educated answers!

Check close. you may have crabs crawling around. They will attach to the hairs. You can trim and look close to fine them.
If so, they have lice shampoo to clear that up.
Make sure you wash good.
