Should I use a facial cleanser and scrub?!

Question: Should I use a facial cleanser and scrub?
I get very big acne and have combination...mostly oily skin.I use clean &clear foaming facial cleanser everyday 2-3 times and was wondering if I should implement a scrub. Why? How often to us both? And what is a recommended scrub for my type of skin? Please answer ALL questions! Thanks!

First of all, acnes comes from the inside so no amount of scrubbing or cleaning will stop them from appearing. Secondly, acnes hate to be irritated, so never scrub, pick or touch them or it'll definitely get worse, making the 'healing' time way longer. Wash your face normally as you have done before- normally and just once a day, during bathing. The oil in your skin serves as a lubricant so your acnes wouldn't get irritated so don't get rid of them. If anything, you should put a moisturizer after washing with your preferred cleanser- preferably mild. If you are one of those with a hyper hormone that's responsible in producing acnes, then you really can't do much about it. It's genetic so just ride along. If you can't handle going to school or work because of them, then stay at home for 2-3y. They'll subside on their own afterwards. Don't worry much about being left behind for a little bit. It's nothing compared to the damage in your confidence it'll cause you, causing you later to be catching up on everyone else for the rest of your life.
