extend your answer to a week instead of four days ...so u get mre answers

with sinuses being that BAD
i sincerely suggest claratyne or other medication for sinuses
also at your work..wear a face or gas mask ..so u dont breathe it in your lungs or get it in your eyes
also at work ..wash face hair and eyes with water
also slight cure for sneezing..i saw it on a doctor/operation show..they drill into the head
there are two hollow shapes in the top of the nose
where your sinuse cavity is..they drain those..so no mr sneezing
..and your saying to yourself how the HELL does this helps me

well i realised watching this ..that you dont have to do anything that dramatic to drain them
simply just till your head backwards looking up to the sky
i have done this and you will feel the sinus cavity drain into your head...do this for a min or two
tilt head back to normal position..u wont feel sinuses anymre...repeat if you start sneezing again
