If the cancer is left untreated it will aggressively spread to other parts of the body. Much would depend on where the new tumors lodge and how quickly they grew.
I know a 24 year old who just passed away last week from testicular cancer. He had a relapse of the disease in January and by May had decided he'd had enough. He stopped treatment and passed away a few weeks later.
But, everyone is different.
