Laser hair removal causing cancer?

Hey i wanted to know that does having Laser Hair removal cause cancer in the long run? im 20 years old and have been having LHR treatment since a 18 ive had around almost 30-40 treatments so is there any worry at all about getting cancer in the long run or in the future?
