Question: I have what appears to be an inflamed blackhead on the base of my penis. Know what it is?
At first it was just a small numb with a black dot, but its now starting to hurt. I am a virgin, so it can't be an STD... I don't think. I don't know.

Hi what u describe is common occurrence with guys who experiment by masturbating and sometimes u can get infected papules ,look if it gets worse then seek medical opinion if not then keep it clean and it will go away in short time Cheers ?
