He is unlikely to digest it. It will eventually leave his body in feces. On rare occasions it may linger in the stomach for a time. An x-ray should show where it is (if it hasn't left yet). It's not something that requires a trip to the ER, but you could ask your doctor about it. If he develops any symptoms of intestinal obstruction (abdominal cramps and rigidity, etc.), a trip to the ER may be necessary.
it's highly likely that it will just pass through his system, but being of an unknown metal (which can be poisonious) and metal marbles being heavy, it might cause some problems, also without knowing how old he is, it's impossible to say if it's going to be passed out or cause trouble.
