This doesn't make sense. 130/90 is the limit but 139/012... get ur lipid profile done up. Another tests like cholestrol, pre and post prandial blood tests also r suggested.

are you having any other symptoms? increased pain? 198/112 is too high for your arteries to maintain consistently. have you seen a doctor since your accident? or about the high blood pressure? do you know what your BP was running before the accident?

i would encourage you to see a physician. if you did not see anyone following the accident, you should because something could be wrong. if you did, see them again or see someone else. they may have missed something.
