I was riding this weird bike and it skidded. I fell off and my leg scratched the pavement. Unfortuneately I didn't think much of it at the time... I just jumped back on the bike (which was a friend's) and kept riding.
The scrape is your normal scrape when you fall and get scratched against pavement but it isn't making a scab. It is oozing yellow liquid. I've had it for two full days now and I've tried band aids, airing it out (not putting on a band aid,) and putting neosporin and stuff on it but it just hurts and won't get better... it's wet and oozes liquid. It's only the size of 2 quarters, if that.
What can I do?

that's just puss. if you're really scared, go to the doctor and keep putting neosporin on!!
Sounds like you still have dirt in it. Clean it well with an antiseptic and keep it covered while it's weeping.
