I found a big bump on my upper lip after I drank some orange juice that i've neer tried before and a plum. It's not a cold sore or herpes. Do you have any cures or reasons why this is happening?

It sounds like an allergic reaction. Allergies can start at any time in your life even if you have eaten the food previously and done fine with it. I would suggest avoiding oranges and plums for a week and then trying them again separately to see which one is causing the problem. For right now, try taking a Benadryl, it should stop the swelling although be aware that it will make you drowsy.
