What do I have? Do I have Herpes?!

Question: What do I have? Do I have Herpes?
I am not sexually active but I do drink after others ad stuff. I have like a rash sort of thing up my butt and its like scabs. I also have a blister on the inside of my mouth. It could be because I started some new meds (anti depressants, birth control). I'm scared.

If you haven't had any thing to do with sex then you shouldn't have herpes below the waist. You can get the type of herpes that causes cold sores or fever blisters on your mouth with out ever having sex. Some medications can cause side affects like rashes.
If you were under a lot of stress recently or out in very hot or cold weather for long periods of time then that could trigger the blisters to break out on your mouth. If they are on the out side of your mouth and if they come with some itching, burning and or tinging symptoms then it could be fever blisters or cold sores. These are caused by the oral herpes virus and they are very common to have. Most people get them by being kissed when they were a child by some one that has cold sores.

Hmm, have you ever had a cold sore on your face before? I say face and not lips because cold sores (herpes 1 virus, which is very common) can form on your lips, chin, nose and yes, even eyes. That's why if you ever do get a cold sore, be very careful not to touch other parts of your body after you've touched your cold sore. My one friend gets cold sores on her lips and now has gotten a few on her eye, while my other friend (who is not so careful when it comes to, say acne scabs on her face; she'll pick them in class and not care) has gotten cold sores before and has never gotten them anywhere else. As far as the blister on the inside of your mouth, sometimes the herpes 1 virus (again, the cold sore virus, very common) can manifest as blisters inside your mouth, but I think it's probably a canker sore (different form a cold sore). Have you ever gotten a canker sore before? They do tend to happen more to young women than to men, for some reason. When I get a canker sore, I swish my mouth with warm salty water at least 3 times a day and apply direct salt to it, or a plain aspirin tab. I would start the salty water treatment and see if it clears up in a few days. NOTE: Canker sores hurt!!! Now, as far as the rash goes, you say they are scabs? Were they at one time, blisters? Or did the rash form, then the scabs? I would say that no, that is not herpes, but I would still get it checked out by a doctor, since it could be an allergic reaction to the medication/BC you're taking. I'm am very paranoid about getting an STD (not that I sleep around) and even getting a cold sore, which again, I cannot emphasis how common they are. I know it can be scary when you think you have something. If you're really that concerned, go to your doctor or even local clinic, like Planned Parenthood. I would stop sharing drinks and food, since that is one way for sure to contract a cold sore. Just be careful! God bless and don't Google symptoms, it sometimes makes things worse :)

Just tryin' to help out :)
