If someone goes to the hospital to get swabbed for strep throat, can the results of the test show that there is marijuana in your system? Will the doctors be performing anything that will show them marijuana in your system?

Nope. The only way to find marijuanna is to specifically test for it. If they took a urine sample and had any reason to suspect that your condition was related to drug use then they might have ordered a drug screen on it, but there's no way to detect it with just a throat swab.
